What If Something Is Damaged During a Clean?

We treat every home with the highest level of care and respect. If an item is damaged while we’re cleaning, we’ll repair or replace it as quickly as possible. All our cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Do I Need to Be Home for the Cleaning?

No — most of our clients aren’t home when we arrive. You can provide a spare key, code, or lockbox entry. We’ll clean, secure your home, and lock up when we’re done.

Do I Need to Provide Cleaning Supplies or Equipment?

No. We bring everything required to deliver a spotless clean, using eco-friendly, high-performance products. If you prefer specific brands or tools, let us know in advance — we’ll gladly accommodate your request whenever possible.

Can I Give Special Instructions?

Yes, absolutely! Your preferences help us personalize your service. Please share any special instructions directly with your local office instead of individual cleaners. This ensures your preferences are saved in your client profile for future visits.

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. Under our PRO Clean Promise, if anything doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

Do Your Cleaners Accept Tips?

Tips are always appreciated but never expected. You can tip per visit or occasionally — whatever feels right for you.

What If My Scheduled Clean Falls on a Holiday?

We’ll contact you ahead of time to reschedule your appointment at a convenient date.

What Happens If Someone Is Injured in My Home?

All Pure Cleaners MD employees are fully insured and covered under company policies. If a rare injury occurs, our insurance takes full responsibility — you’re never liable.

What Should I Do Before You Arrive?

No need to pre-clean — that’s our job! We do ask that you pick up toys, clothes, or personal items to help us clean efficiently. Please ensure pets are secure and comfortable during the service.

What If Something Gets Missed?

We strive for consistent, flawless results with every visit. Our Pure Precision Checklist™ helps ensure thorough coverage of every space. If something was missed, contact us within 24 hours — we’ll come back and make it right under our PRO Clean Promise.

What If I Need to Reschedule?

We understand things happen! Please notify us at least 2 business days in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If we receive less notice or can’t access your home, the full cleaning cost may apply.

How often can you clean my home?

We offer flexible cleaning frequencies — weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one-time services for moves, holidays, or special occasions. We work contract-free, so you can adjust your schedule anytime to fit your lifestyle or budget.

Will I Always Get the Same Cleaning Team?

Yes, we make every effort to send the same trusted professionals to your home each visit. If a team member is unavailable, your replacement cleaner will be equally trained and experienced to maintain our consistent Pure Cleaners MD quality.

Can Pets Be Home During Cleaning?

Yes — we love pets! For everyone’s safety, please secure aggressive or nervous animals in a separate area during service. Let us know how to handle your pets while you’re away, and we’ll follow your instructions with care.
